The computerised mat cutter offers quality and precision that is unachievable with a manual mat cutter. The Wizard is able to cut a multitude of shapes unachievable with manual cutters as well as engrave and deboss lettering onto mats. The Wizard adds an extra quality to all jobs and especially football jumpers. See example.
MORSØ EH Hydraulic Guillotine
Most framers use manual foot operated guillotines, the MORSØ EH provides precision and controlled cutting of the molding, which cannot be achieved with manual machines. The fully automatic electric/hydraulic guillotine, coupled with the hydraulic horizontal clamping, assures a perfect quality cut every time
MININGRAFF 44 Pneumatic Underpinner
The pneumatic under-pinner is the machine used to join the corners of the frames. The Traverse Controller System combined with the Alfamacchine Unique Brake System enables push button automatic clamping, allowing easy inspection, ensuring professional perfect joining.
Techniques Used
Archival Framing
Archival framing refers to the use of materials and techniques designed to enhance the art work, ensure its longevity and maintain it in as close to original condition as possible. This form of framing is highly recommended for fine art, valuable works, original works of art or items of high sentimental value. All Archival Framing has a 100% Guarantee
Standard framing is a more competitively priced alternative to archival framing, generally used for prints and items with value than fine art.See how we can provide a quote with virtual framing based on a digital image of your artwork. Virtual Framing and Quote
With our Wizard Computerised Mat cutter we can provide specialized mats to enhance the presentation of football jumpers, sporting memorabilia, CDs, records, concert tickets and absolutely anything you would like to preserve and frame so it can be presented professionally.
We offer an easy process for framing work for customers who live outside of Broome or can't visit our store. You can simply email us a digital image of the work you want framed. We will load that image into our Virtual Framing Software and email you images of how the work will look with various frame/mat combinations with quotes for each. If you are happy with the design and price send us your work, we will frame and freight back to you within 10 days.
